Embassy is a boutique building in the heart of Harbordale, one of Fort Lauderdale’s older and more established neighbourhoods. Three floors, a modest number of units, and a calm that comes from both.
What drives us

The association values simplicity, transparency and respect between residents, along with a shared appreciation for location, privacy, and a life free of the complications that come with large developments.
Its work is to keep a clean, functional building and to preserve what actually defines the community here, rather than to add things nobody asked for.
Our journey
Started in thesixties. Still here.
What began as a small residential building in the 1960s has kept going through decades of committed ownership and managed care.
Each unit reflects the personal style of its owner, and the overall feeling has not changed: peaceful, practical, and well rooted in a classic Fort Lauderdale way of living.
